Props To T.J. Moe
It was great to watch local product T.J. Moe go from playing at Fort Zumwalt West, to playing for the University of Missouri. Moe a great athlete and quarterback for Fort Zumwalt West was not going to supplant Blaine Gabbert so Missouri moved Moe to wide receiver. Moe who needed surgery in 2009 only had two catches for the Tigers in 09'. During the offseason Moe continually asked former Tiger WR Tommy Saunders for advice on the position. Check out the great article at FOXSportsMidwest.com By Nate Latsch. T.J. Moe was outstanding for the Missouri Tigers on Saturday with 13 receptions for 101 yards and the Tigers first TD in a 23-13 victory over Illinois in the Arch Rivalry game at the Edward Jones Dome. Moe did a great job of catching every ball that came his way, many inside heavy traffic areas. Congratulations to Moe for working so hard to earn the starting slot receiver position for the Missouri Tigers. If T.J. Moe is allowed to play there all year he should put up some huge numbers.
